Postage Information
You may choose postage through Normal or Registered mail.
By default, all items will be posted out by normal mail (inclusive in the price given).
We strongly encourage customers to choose registered mail. (as there is tracking code)
Additional of $2.50 when customer opt for registered mail (depending on the weight as well)

NOT be held responsible for any missing items/mails if customer opt for normal postage.
Items ordered and received by customers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so please take note of the measurements of the items before placing any order.
Cancellation of items ordered after payment is made, we will only refund HALF of the amount you've paid.
Rosabullet ♥ will not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting whether directly or indirectly from any errors in postage, quality problems, defects, delays and damage. ( we will check the apparels carefully)
